We aim to provide high-quality jewelry products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product has manufacturing defects
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn jewelry
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers
- Hygiene-sensitive items (earrings, nose pins, etc.)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID and product images
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
Customers must pack the product safely in original packaging.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be allowed based on product availability and condition.
